The world’s population will balloon to 9 billion in 2050. The challenge of providing for everyone – without further damaging our planet – is increasingly urgent. The Winthrop Rockefeller Institute engages in finding solutions to sustainably expanding the food supply for a growing world population while addressing the need for healthier eating in Arkansas and the nation.
